With the open.med in the westend we and our cooperation partner Ärtze der Welt offer anonymous access to medical care to people without health insurance. 

We do not care about your legal status or your heritage. 

We offer General Medical Consultation Hours on a weekly basis.

Additionally, we offer a consultation hour for women and children twice a month.

Our team contains 20 people who mainly work on a voluntary basis.

we are allowed to refer our patients to 50 specialist practices in and around Hamburg free of charge. 

• we work independent from governmental institutions
• the collected data will be anonymised and transfered to no one
• we also try to help with complicated illnesses. We can't finance the medical care for those illnesses but we are happy to help with finding a financing method
• everyone is welcome - neither your legal status nor your heritage matters

Patients who do not have an appointment should arrive before 12 pm to register. 

The earlier you arrive the more likely you will get an appointment for the office hours.
